Position: Part-Time Reproduction Technician Position
Overview: The KGS Reproduction Technician handles customer and member orders for document prints and digital reproductions. This role involves document scanning, order fulfillment, basic administrative support, and warehouse organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Receive, process, and fill member and customer orders for document prints and reproductions.
- Shipping & Logistics: Prepare documents and packages for mailing; handle local mail pick-ups and drop-offs as needed.
- Digitization: Scan and digitize physical documents using modern equipment.
- Administrative Support: Assist Management and Accounting with invoicing customers and members.
- Warehouse Duties: Find, gather, sort, and file physical documents in the warehouse.
- Member Service: Provide exceptional, helpful service to fulfill all reasonable member requests.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally on the phone, via email, and in person.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF software.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to operate modern printing/scanning equipment and software.
- Organization: High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to handle shifting daily tasks and changing job demands.
- Physical Demands: Ability to safely lift and maneuver at least 50 lbs.
- Math Skills: Proficiency in basic arithmetic.
- Availability: Work shifts between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Compensation:
- Wage: $15.00 per hour
- Hours: 20 to 30 hours per week
- Pay Frequency: Bi-monthly
Reporting Structure: The Reproduction Technician reports directly to the KGS Manager and senior KGS Staff.
