He explores the effectiveness of the Kansas Corporation Commission (KCC) which oversees regulation of the industry. They work with all parties of interest to provide an effective and pragmatic regulatory framework which is routinely subject to peer review and EPA (the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency) oversight.
